And a Woman Shall Lead Them

Or maybe not:

Muslims in the Middle East on Saturday angrily denounced a mixed-gender Islamic prayer service led by a woman in New York as a violation of their religion.

Hey, what's the problem? After all, the Bible says in 1 Timothy 2:11-14:

¹¹ A woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness.

¹² But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet.

¹³ For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve.

¹⁴ And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.

If anything, sounds to me like our good American Christians have turned their back on God rather than the Muslims doing anything wrong*.

* Or maybe both the Bible and Koran are full of poo. I wonder...
