Alabama Update

Been a long day on the road today. Up early and off to Tuscaloosa, home of my alma mater, The University of Alabama. Met up with some old friends from college, showed off the wee Fiona, had lunch.

Two things I learned:

1. Drivers in Alabama have no idea what the turn signal is or how to use it, and

2. College girls are really, really, really hot (and I, conversely, am getting really, really, really old).

Now we're up in bee-yoo-ti-ful Scottsboro, Alabama, staying with on-again, off-again, and then off-again some more World Wide Ranter, Tom. Back in Monkeytown come mid-afternoon Wednesday.
