Blog Travels and Travails

It's late. I'm bored. Michele is slacking and hasn't sent in her potential winning entry in the contest. Nor has Vicky, even though she said she was working on one. Woe is the blog.

Anyway, I've spent a good minute or two perusing the blogosphere for whatever, and here it is:

• There's a website for admiring men with long fingernails. Pictures, videos, message boards, etc. No, I don't see the fascination either. Found via Parkway Rest Stop.

• Dick Smothers, Jr shows himself to be a pretty good guy over at Liquid Courage (scroll down to the "Upstanding Guy" post as her permalinks are broken, then check the comments). Buy the CDs and porn, if you're so inclined (Dick's, not Vicky's, as she offers neither to the best of my knowledge).

• Jared has lost one pound this week, meeting her fitness goals. I'd ruin it for her by telling her that Mrs. World Wide Rant lost some 12 pounds in a single day. And three pounds alone in the last 3 days. The solution: Jared needs to get knocked up.

• Matthew Lilley, a Christian musician that I originally wanted to mock, has put together a self-recorded CD. I'm still jealous of the sound he gets from his home set-up, which isn't that different from my own. Maybe it's a matter of patience.

• Set the World Wide Rant up on a date. Well, at least find Blogs that seem to have similar topics via the BlogMatcher tool. Maybe someone cute is just like us.
