A United Nations report on progress (or the lack of it) in Arab nations has come to the startling conclusion that Arab countries should:
...in order to keep pace with the rest of the world in social, economic, and political advancement. It might also help them move away from being the pariahs of the civilized world.
What's frightening is that it took a UN study to figure this out - and that anyone actually thinks this will revolutionize the Arab world.
