Silly, Harmless Beliefs - An Unending Series
It’s a sad, sad day when someone kills a child because there’s no such thing as gods or demons or evil spirits.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A West Palm Beach man told police that he used a butcher knife to kill his 1-year-old nephew because he believed the boy was possessed, investigators said.
As always, I don’t think the beliefs were the primary cause, just one more irrational enabler in an irrational chain of events.
